Community services transformation in Greater Manchester – lessons learned webinar

We will be hosting a webinar to share our experiences of developing and implementing a new model of integrated community stroke services across our region. Our model has influenced the new national service specification for stroke and we are aware that many regions are now looking for advice and support in translating into commissioned services.

The event will feature the following:

Jodie Powell – NHSE national perspective

Tracy Walker, GMSODN Community Clinical Lead, Chris Ashton, GMSODN Co-ordinator & Sarah Rickard, GMSODN Manager will speak about:

  • Gap analysis
  • Using dashboards to benchmark services
  • Measuring outcomes
  • Influencing commissioners

You can download the agenda here.

A further event will be held in due course featuring other topics: Implementing the model locally – examples: engaging with clinical teams; developing stroke and neuro rehabilitation services together
