Management of ICH

ABC-ICH is a  bundle of care with three main interventions which have been shown to improve patient outcomes:

  • Fast reversal of Anticoagulants
  • Intensive Blood pressure lowering
  • Care pathway – ensuring all appropriate patients are transferred to their local HASU and those meeting referral criteria are referred to neurosurgery
